However if we are out of stock, we will notify you the situation and give you the option to either wait for stocks to arrive or work out an alternate solution. We ship most of your orders from our Inner West Sydney Headoffice & Distribution centre, our cut off times are 12:30PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next day. Customers in Australia will normally receive parcels within 1-7 working days depending on your location. Customers outside Australia will receive parcels within 3-14 working days depending on your location. (Please note, during public holidays there will be extra delays, further delays during any pandemic, please be understanding and expect shipping times can be delayed.)
