About the Role:

Join Custom Outfitters Australia, a Sydney-based 4WD accessories specialist located in Arndell Park, as a 4WD Accessory Fitter and become an important part of our growing workshop team!

You’ll work across a wide range of premium 4WD accessories and aftermarket products, ensuring every installation is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard. What We Offer:

Ability to earn $65,000–$100,000 per annum, plus overtime for the right skilled and qualified candidate

Key Responsibilities:

Install a wide range of premium 4WD aftermarket accessories, delivering quality fitments that exceed customer expectations.
Install products including bull bars, winches, suspension, snorkels, lighting, exhaust systems, side steps and other 4WD accessories.
Adhere to workshop WHS and SOP procedures to keep our environment safe and efficient.
Complete all installations accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Engage in various workshop duties, keeping our workspace clean, tidy and organised.
Maintain and look after our workshop tools and equipment with pride.
Work collaboratively with the sales and workshop team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
Take pride in every vehicle that leaves the Custom Outfitters Australia workshop.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience and/or qualifications in a mechanical, auto electrical, automotive or panel beating role is highly desirable.
Previous experience in 4WD accessory fitting will be highly regarded.
Strong safety mindset with a current Australian driver’s licence.
Strong focus on ensuring all work within the workshop is completed safely and accurately.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
